the 16 2/3 beer stamp is REA15 or REA21 current value around 300-350 the 1 dollar blue beer stamp is a REA18 (I think) value 850 to 1500 depending on which one it is..
that is for starters...
you have some very nice stamps.. |

What a coincidence! I'm just bottling some home made beer. Why don't you bring those over, and we'll discuss them. Seriously those are very nice. I especially like the beer stamps, and not just because my fingers are wrinkled from washing bottles. You should check on ebay and see what some of those are going for in the virtual 'real' world. Now, if you'll excuse me.... |

Scoville -RS220 $2 unless it's on experimental Silk paper
16 2/3 beer stamp is REA21white silk paper) or REA21b(grey silk paper)a few $100 min.
1 dollar blue beer stamp is REA18, JACKPOT! What color are the security threads? It makes a few $100 difference. With 3 solid margins it could bring $2,000
3 Gal. Green Distilled Spirits, No Scott # about $5
J & J Scott# RS286 $1 at most.
Narcotic Need a much better scan.
Tobacco Strips, Need a scan of the whole stamp and Series # or date. Also Not listed in Scott's |

Actually I should have put "Security lines". Those are the wavy lines in the center where the cancel goes. Not to worry I can see them they are Lilac. Scott # is REA18, Top margin copy. This copy would sell around $1,000.00 even with the minor defects. A serously Fantastic Find! |

No Catalog, I am using experience and auction results. I haven't seen a REA18 at auction in around 5 years! Back then they went for around $1000 in VF. The early Beer Stamps are under priced in Scott's and have been highly sought after fot the last few years. A Fair heavly faulted (poor) copy will bring 20%-25% over Scott right now. This one is would be VF for issue. I also think you will be hard pressed to find Any REA18 from a major dealer right now. |

WOW great find seldomly see many that will actually realize $1000 regardless of catalog values. I Love revenues and wish I had more both Canadian and US. Find the engraving to be as good or better than most regular issues and one of these days catalog values will be more realistic. Now more pics please! |
