Yukraine Stamps

Hi everyone. I would like any available information you might have on these Yukraine stamps. These were part of a shoebox of stamps I bought for $5.00. I may sell them; although I am leaning towards keeping most of them. I would like to know the year of issue, approximate value, or anything else that you can offer. Thanks everybody! I am so glad I found this sight; I am learning so much about these stamps.

These stamps were prepared by the Ukrainian government in December 1920 but not issued. They are listed as mint only in Michel and in my old catalogue they're all at the minimum price.

There are 14 in the complete set and the two portraits on the stamps here are:

20hr Taras Shevchenko (19th century Ukrainian poet)

40hr Simon Petlyura (Head of the Ukrainian government 1919-1921)

The currency is the Ukrainian hryvnia.
