Here is something I had lying around in one of my book that I can't find any information on. It it a bicentennial map with a Scott# 948 pictured and a few other reproductions of old documents of a philatelic nature. I thought perhaps you might like to see them and could maybe tell me more about them. Thank you very much and enjoy the pictures. ~Jay

There was a truly mind-boggling amount of US Bicentennial memorabilia that was generated in the mid-1970's.

Looks like you got some made by Scott publishing.

I agree! Looks like something reprinted for the US Bicentennial in 1976. There appears to be a copyright notice at the bottom of the documents...even though I can't make it out, I suspect it contains a mid-1970's date.

In a collection I recently purchased, I found 3 of these philatelic items that look like #948:

2 are from Mexico

1 is from Japan commemorating Expo 1970.

What are these items called in philatelic parlance?
