This is an American Expeditionary Forces (A.E.F.) location card. These were sent by the soldiers to the family. This was free soldiers mail with a duplex APO 720 cancel and censor stamp #1094

This type of material is scarcer than the value would indicate. They are becoming more popular and the value will increase. The duplex cancels are $10-$25. Yours has a clear strike of both the cancel and the censor stamp so it is probably valued about $20.
Here is an example with the APO number in the duplex killer (APO 709) with a value of about $20.



The machine cancels are much rarer especially with the APO in the flag. Here is an example (APO 701) value $75-$100.

I thought some might find this interesting. While the addressee on the last scan is to a "Mrs." Orion T. Mason, the Mason family apparently were quite prominent citizens in Medway, Massachusetts during the World War I era. The attached is from the "Who's Who in Massachusetts Politics" from 1915 showing the image of the family patriarch, Orion T. Mason, who was a Massachusetts State Representative during that period:
