It maybe a L24 at best, a box cancel at worst!

Frankie bought alot of Texas precancels?

This is L24 - it is listed in the Bicentennial catalog on all 12 denominations.

Yes, I did pick up a "lot" of Texas. If anyone has an extra "MELISSA, TX", I am in need of this one!
