Okay fellas! Another NY mystery. Spacing between lines on both stamps are 9.25mm.

Is this thread not referencing the same stamp?

It was said at that time that the stamp shown was a fabrication and not a real precancel. Any reason to question that comment?

Don't feel bad. I've caught myself almost doing the same thing (asking the same question twice). Sometimes the sheer number of the stamps we have makes it easy to forget a previous post.
