Looking to ID this L-Type precancel for Washington, DC. 13mm between bars and 2.5 mm between top bar and text.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Good Evening,

If I'm not mistaken this is a L-8 E. Very similar to the L-4 E, but the L-8 has 2.3mm between bottom bar and "D.C."

Here's a blurb on the L-8 from the catalog:

"Vertical distance between bottom of state and inside of lower line = 2.3 mm. New type added since 6th edition originally published, increasing type count by 1."

Thank you. I suppose the difference between 2.3 mm and 2.5 mm (as I measured it to be) is a easy mistake to make.
