Scott# 1282 I think ?

from what Im learning this stamp has a couple of problems .

Off centered top to bottom, and a bit of burger on the perfs top left corner .

I still like it and of the few of these I have this is the worst one .

would this stamp grade as F ? or a bit lower ?
