Is there, or has there been, some sort of Postal strike going on in Israel? I bought some material from a guy in Israel on Stamp Offers over a month ago and it hasn't arrived. That's the excuse he gave me. It wasn't a lot of money but then again . . . .
No national Postal strikes, although the Postal Vans out in the sticks often don't turn up for some reason. But it is not usually long-term. Around the recent holidays the Post was a bit slow.
