Just won this Jefferson #11 with a nice Charleston cancel, Sept 3 (missed my daughters birthday by one).
Quite happy, looks legit.
Cancel has nice oxydizing of the ink, so I'm convinced.

WTG JAMES! Really hard to find with good cancel as catalog shows in values for these. I just won a 20 cent washington that looks either used or stained. Notice date on the cancel to the left. Ironic for a couple canucks from Ontario!

Very Nice.

Your stamp was printed by Archer & Daly Richmond, Va. Later printings were prepared by Keatinge & Ball, Columbia, SC. Cancelled Sept 3 (1864). This canceller was used in Charleston without the year added in mid 1864 through the start of 1865.
