I was thinking that precancels from West Virginia would be fairly easy to identify, but it seems I need help with these:

I'm not sure if the Huntington, WV stamp is a precancel or post-cancel. In any event, because of the poor impression (almost looks like a double-strike) it's hard to get an exact measurement of the impression.

The second one from Wheeling, WV you would think would be very easy to identify with the oversized letters, but doesn't seem to match traditional precancel types. Could it be an L-1? Appears to be 13 mm between bars and 1.5 mm between top bar and city name and the same between state name and bottom bar.

As always, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. I continually get confused in trying to identify those L-Type precancels!

Concur with Huntington L-4 (which does have a bit of double impression) and Wheeling L-1.
