I have a few Deutsches Reich stamps and wanted to post a few of the "Osterreich" overprint stamps. Can anyone tell me the differences on why each have a different overlay design? I'm fascinated LOL!

Aka Vienna, Lower Austria & Burgenland for the 1st & 3rd stamp.
The 2nd is Styria.
