I like the simple lines of the "Flag Over ..." issues, except for the Porch.

The "Berries" 33 cent stamps of 2000 were what got me interested in stamps.. Way back when I was 7..lol

But I like the Great Americans series of the 1980s and 90s the best..

I like the Liberty Series. I collect both singles, used and mint and on cover. They have a fascinating number of varieties.

One of my favorites, is the now complete (shown in another thread) transportation coils. Then of course,there is that nice nature series of sheets.

Why, Loonuy Tunes, of course. Of course the USPS was sneaky with those sheets with the one imperforate stamp, just to force you to buy 2 of each sheet.

They got away with living people, because the people depicted were the characters, and not the actors. It perfectly ok to make a Han Solo stamp. but not OK to make a Harrison Ford stamp.

I like the overrun countries issue one of the older sets and celebrate the century as a modern set I really like.

I too like the Overrun country series and also the 1981 American Architecture Series. Beautifully engraved.
