Hi Art ! (artlaunier)
Love the airship covers! I love covers that have a lot to look at. In the bottom left corner in puple ink, the Graf Zeppelin Flight stamps like from a rubber stamp? If so, can you imagine having that in your collection?

I have never seen the green USA 50 cent airship stamp, very nice! The First Flight Airmail, dated OCT 28 1928 is terrific ! ! !

You have a very nice collection of airship covers. Where did you find them? In the bottom envelope, what does BACK STAMP mean?

Thanks so much for sharing, love them!!

What is a GRAF Zeppelin? Where did the word GRAF come from? I've not heard of it before...

I know Zeppelin as either an airship or one of the all time greatest bands back in 1970's!! LOLOL (Led Zeppelin, "does anyone remember laughter!)

I am so glad this thread keeps going (like the Energizer battery ha!) I found a couple of unusual stamps (well, they are unusual to me LOL) so I will start a couple more threads soon. This is a fantastic Forum!

Take care,
SueStamps

These babies are huge. They're almost poster stamps.
