Flaw under P of postage.
I'm a total learner when it comes to U.S. stamps and have started on my
1st collection.

Thanks
Al.

Printing error at the least- If it was a plate scratch or flaw it would be constant so should be listed but I'm no US expert. Also note the trim line to the right seems distorted or out of wack and is the left side reperfed and if so why? Interesting specimen.

I also found flaws(?) above " T " and " A " on USA stamps. Both marks appear on two - Perf 12.25, 2c Washington's I have. Anyone know if these are recognised varieties ? Please
