Hello all,
I collect United States, Canada, United Nations, Great Britain and Germany. Currently, I'm concentrating on United States and Canada modern definitives, and Great Britain Machins. I also have an interest in western European definitives (all those crowns, post horns and numerals) and Mexico Exportas, and stamps engraved by Czeslaw Slania. In addition to that, I have a worldwide hoard that I'm slowly turning into a collection (off and on for the last 20 years). And that's just one of my hobbies.

This gives me a chance to post my first image. I recently completed cataloging my Greece stamps. This one became an instant favorite of mine. I love the blue and black and it's engraved (but not by Slania).

G'Day mate and to the forum,

I like the U.S.Scott 651 (1929 George Rogers Clark Commemorative Issue) red and black,it tends to stand out like the
232 A29 union of Greece and Crete (and for those that are interested this stamp was only used in Crete)and the stamp represents raising the Greece flag at Suda Bay Crete.

Finally, here are a couple Slania's from my U.N. Collection -- they're not rare and I'm sure you've seen them, but they have the added bonus of "stamps on stamps"

I like the sound of your collection - sounds eclectic and interesting, just like SCF
I share your interest in Slania, as do others on the forum.
