I am unfamiliar with postal regulations in Europe at this time covering mail from an occupied country to a neutral country. The year is, I believe, 1944 though it is rather difficult to make it out.

Would someone please indicate the route this letter would have taken to get from the sender, indicated lower left corner, in Belgium to the Red Cross Offices in Switzerland?

The German censor tape and handstamps were applied in Frankfurt
