hi again all

i was sorting again and noticed that the red cross on these 2 scotts 702 s were a bit different.

is this common for this issue?

i did perform a search and it did not come up with a post about this.

Misregistration on the cross is common. There is also a foldover error without the cross.

I once saw an auction which had this stamp with the cross misregistered in all eight directions of the compass and a correctly registered one in the middle.

That is neat. More noticeable than some shifts with other colours.
