As chasa said it is a Va, there is 2 dots missing on the nose which is unique to the Va, and it has the almost/broken tail in the left 2 which is present on the v and the Va. If you go back to the site and compare the v and the Va you can see the 2 dots that are missing on one line in the middle of the nose
i thought it was a was a Va too but just wanted to see your opinion too...i wanted to get an open minded opinion...that is why I did not state that earlier...i admit the I did not consider that it could be cut down...but that would not surprise me from who I purchased it from. i do not have very much invested in the stamp...it was in a lot...thanks for your help
