They have been offering that for sale for months. The ebay fees alone for that BIN price must be pretty high.

Yep! That has been listed for a few months, now. My guess is that it's something Sun Philatelic was asked to sell at a set price for an estate. Almost all of their lots are 99c auctions

They must be hoping for an idiot who doesn't know any better, except for a relatively small number of stamps, most of that collection would go for 20 cents on the dollar or so.

Cephus: we don't know what exactly is in this collection. It could very well be worth the asking price. There are plate block albums in there!

Maybe those are the ones that are empty -- the description says you're bidding only on the shown stamps -- the other larger albums may be empty.
