They have been offering that for sale for months. The ebay fees alone for that BIN price must be pretty high. |

Yep! That has been listed for a few months, now. My guess is that it's something Sun Philatelic was asked to sell at a set price for an estate. Almost all of their lots are 99c auctions |

They must be hoping for an idiot who doesn't know any better, except for a relatively small number of stamps, most of that collection would go for 20 cents on the dollar or so. |
