US SC 147 Color Variety Possible Blue Green?

Very common stamp but the deep color of the one example sort of has me curious. Even the paper seems different but not to the extent of the special printings , Is the one a blue green or just a very heavily inked example.

The stamp at the upper right is from the plate being improperly wiped and polishe. This leaves ink on the top of the plate and gives the appearance of surface colored paper.

Nitro, the lower right stamp is a #207 (A46b).

You may wish to look closer at the top left and the bottom left stamps. If you were to roll them into a tube with the face of the stamp on the outside, you might see small dimples on the back of the stamp that run parallel to the tube. If so they would most likely be the double paper verities. Just be careful not to crease of crimp the paper.
