thanks, I am very, very happy with todays outcome.
I bought some other stamps, a 221,224,225 and 228, which fills out that whole page for the 1890-1893 series |

Brilliant Stampvirgin! You know I love those CSAs. We don't see them at shows much here north of the border. I have CSAenvy. Nicely done. |

Really? Wow. Do you have all colour variations on the #s 11 and 12? And, out of curiousity, do you go for strictly used or both used and unused? |

Stampvirgin It's surprising to see a CSA mnh, your #14. Worth it to pay more than CV. But for all your purchase together you paid way under CV maybe like 10 to 20%. I think the high value stamp market is affect too by the economic situation also. It's great because this way you can add many valuable and beautiful stamps to your collection. I can imagine how excited you where going back home with all your new acquisition. |

timbres667.. The dealer and I have been doing some business for awhile now. The #5, was being sold as a regular #5, On this stamp and another 5 he had, I spotted the variations in the stamps. He also had another csa (which I didn't buy) that had a nice variation that raised the value considerably. This variation G&E, raised the value of the stamp. This #5 I paid 50% of CV for it, it was the most expensive purchase. |

Nice stamps, must have been a delight buying them. Loved the Confederate ones, haven't seen many of those before. Have never seen one in the flesh, as its not something that there is an abundance off here in Norway. |

Thanks Rod!
I don't mind the image being shown... Yes, he is 1 years old today. I, gratefully, thank you for remembering. |
