I'm not sure if this scan is good enough.But, atleast you can get a feel for the stamps I have.

What you've got there is a Scott 24.

As Matt stated it is a Type V (Scott 24). The resolution on the scan is poor but it appears to be a D relief stamp (Plates 5, 7, 8, 9 or 10) rows 4 or 8.
