Just my 2c - I think the $155 asking price is fair, but not a bargain. It might grade 90+ if you sent it in to PSE or PF for grading, except that it has 2 blind perf holes at top, and the ink spot in the right margin is also going to ding it. If the blind perfs were punched but just not removed, that could be fixed.
