Hello forum,
i have one question about Treskilling Yellow, what a cancelation Treskilling Yellow has?

I see ?KOPP??? 18 / 13/7

I know that it is Nya Kopparberget on July 13, 1857
But what means 18 and what is complete legend of cancel? Especialy what is first ? in legend.
