the Monarch's head needs a re-design, but the rest
is well structured and balanced.

Last Hill's hoist removed from Balmain.



But re-appeared 33 years later, to the absolute Joy
of every kid who has ever swung around on the "Hill's"

Now, now Rod. You know I meant the 3½d in the design of the 4d, never released because of the increase in postage rates.

That's just like an Aussie,
too lazy to create an opt ?

1934 Victoria Centenary the original artwork for the prize-winning design in India ink & Chinese white (140x101mm) on thin card (190x143mm) & signed "James Berry" at lower-right but with his nom-de-plume "Endeavour" on the reverse. Ex Sir Gawaine Baillie. [A highly skilled drawing that bears more than a passing resemblance to the issued stamps in which an aborigine stands in place of Berry's barque]
