Hi guys,

Just dusted off my collection that's been put away for about 15 years. Trying to catch up a bit on the modern US stuff to fill out my albums.

Only collect US stamps but picked up a couple of collections many years ago of albums from the early 1900s that contained a lot of WW stamps. No idea if anything in there was any good or not. Would be willing to trade that kind of stuff towards US stamps I don't have.

Mike

First off to the forum Mike! You must have 50 posts first before you can trade or buy & sell on here but that happens rather fast on here as there is a vast amount of knowledgeable people here eager to help! We love pictures and feel free to post some of your collection and stuff you need. I hope you enjoy your stay and also very happy that you have decided to get back into it after all these years! Congrats and see you on the forum! -Jay

Hi Mike33

Let me add my welcome too!

Will you be looking for recent used USA or mint USA?

Have fun getting back into your stamps.

Hello Mike33, welcome!

To add to the number of your posts just look around at all the topics and comment on them or ask questions or start your own topics. The time goes by quickly.

Ask about your world stamps on here. Everyone likes scans of stamps here. That's why we're here. Or photos if no scanner.

Thanks for the welcome everybody. Checked out Wensy.com - pretty cool. Never heard of it before. Having fun looking at my stuff that's been gathering dust for many years. Glad I had kept it all. Actually went over to the PO today and bought all of this year's singles and souvenir sheets (at least the ones they had) Think it ran $39 and change. Now I gotta find some mounts that fit the weird shaped stuff.

Found a site to print album pages over the weekend so I was able to update my album to 2011.

Nice to be back in this hobby again

Dave, I'll probably be going for the mint modern US stuff for the most part but maybe grab some used as filler for the time being. I have about 75-80% (guestimate) of MNH commems from about 1930-1995 and few of the years after 95.

Do they make any kind of software for inventory?

Hi Mike keep posting away and you will hit the 50 mark easily. I can help you on most mnh US to catch you up and I am always looking to trade. Hope you stick with it and like most of us albums get set down for awhile but many find their way back. Glad to have you.
