I want to show this cover sent it to me in 2001 , with out stamp.

Like Falkland island philately a lot, they are our neightbours, ja.

Since it is official mail, I would assume they didn't need to put postage on it. Falkland Island is a small place, I am sure the Post Office knows who sent it and Official Mail is waivered from postage charges.
