Thanks for posting the pic! Usually when I see canceled DDR setenants from that era, they are CTO. Your stamps look like genuine postal usage. Maybe a small perf separation at top, but genuine used DDR stamps like that are a sight for sore eyes!

Yes, you can always tell the CTOs becasue their cancellations are too "neat" and too "clean. I think most of the CTOs are still gummed on the back as well.
