Springfield, OH 'MW-' are both type C4 from Montgomery Wards.

The Dallas TX, 'AS-10-2' was used by unknown company, this version is typewritten [typewriter] Oct. 1942.
This type was used 1942-43.
Two other versions 'A S' was used from 1938-41 using a type C4.
The other was 'AS' also a type C4 used in 1945.

The Portsmouth, OH 'MI-Jul39' is type PD-2 was used from August 1938-Sept. 1941 by Mitchellace, Inc.
Another type PD-1 was used in July 1938 used an apostrophe between the month & year.
