The Oakland is a double imprint with a 'MW-DEC 62'. Used by Montgomery Wards from 1938-68 is a type C-6.

The Dallas, TX 'HBL OCT. 39' was used by Higgenbotham, Bailey, Logan Co. this type a PD-12 was used from Aug. 1938-June 1941. Type P-11 was used in July 1938 using periods after each letters. this double Id was worth $2.00.
