Iran/Persia Postal Tax Scott # should start with RA their are several with the same design.

Revstampman recorded the same time,
it was a dead heat :)

In the days before image forums, I would get this stamp
and would have forgotten again where it originated from.
I'd have to ask a second time.
It is a stamp just about everybody queries.
