Hey all, found a online free perforation gauge download for scanned stamps. But having trouble with my Windows Vista, I wish I had never got Vista. There's always something that won't work properly.
Any way, maybe you have a different system that it can work on, check it out and if there are any computer geniuses let me know if you can help me out. Here are the pages ePerferationGauge

Wee Works! I had no unziper, a little strange but guess I'll have to play with it a while and actually read the instructions.
I just put it over my photo shop window, SWEET , doesn't work like other windows have to move it with the arrows in the middle. Now I have to try and scan my stamps straight
Oh to close it there is a stop sign on the left side of the gauge.
