Possibly outside my catalogue listings.
Can anyone give any insights to these please?
Not dated within the design.

I can't give you the SG, but in the Scott catalog it is #3450(28May2008).

Excellent Kim,
I can mount them under 2008 France.
It passed my mind they may have been a
private stamp company issue.

This link may help:

http://www.wnsstamps.ch/en/stamps/FR056.08

It's one of 10 stamps in a booklet. I don't actively collect French stamps, but it sure seems rather odd to me that the stamp is supposed to be "Holiday Stamps" and yet it depicts vegetables.

I don't get the connection.

It's the French, you're not supposed to understand their logic.

Americans got their revenge. We call one of our fast foods French Fries -- what an affront to French cuisine!

That was also my initial reaction as well. But then I saw the priority mail designation and the La Poste. So I looked in the catalog...

France Post find a why to go throw the system of printing stamps. They have their program and... they have the booklets.
The annual stamps are let's say 90EUR, the booklets (6-7 per year) are around 40-50 EUR.
Also, each booklet has 10-12 stamps x6 booklets that are more stamps that are issued by the "regular" program. There are enough voices that says because of this they are working hard to destroy the collectors passion.
Still they are really nice made and you can find them plenty in France kiloware and I like to have them used from kiloware (like yours Rod) rather than paying 7 EUR for each booklet.
You can see them here:

Thanks Ionut77 :)

Yes, I am a simple stamp collector,
as such, am just a slave to the issuing authorities.
If someone issues it, I collect it, rather simple really :)
That's my enjoyment.
