Need help on the price for the Belarus flag stamp. Scott's only lists the overprint not the original. The overprint goes for $6.50. The Scott number is 55 for the overprint and it was issued in 1992.
SC# 15 and 16 show's this picture because my listing has picture A4 associated with it. 15 as black, white, and yellow. 16 as multicolored. I figured it is worth 50 cents. Its a weird listing I guess. Thanks for your reply and not trying to be argumentative.
Looks like you have an early print run of the 2008 catalog. I checked my 2008 and it does show the description for Belarus #16.
So give credit to Amos when credit is due -- they do make some editorial corrections between print runs; they don't always wait until the next edition.
