145 With Different Color?

Are both of these 145 stamps?
The left stamp is lighter and seems to have different perfs on one side.

I am not an expert in US stamps, but the first stamp`s left side seems reperfed. As for the shade I am sure you`ll get a quick answer here.

As for the colors, the 145 is ultramarine ranging from pale to dark shades.

Jay, the inks for the banknotes were mixed in small batches resulting in numerous shades. Scott lists ultramarine, pale ultramarine and dark ultramarine for the 145. Luff has a larger list of colors; ultramarine, pale ultramarine, dark ultramarine, bright ultramarine, gray-blue, dull blue and chalky blue.

T don't see any sign of the secret mark so they are probably both 145 with different shades.
