These are most probably Dealer or Owners marks. They do not correspond to known expert marks or locatons.

They look like they could be dealer marks or expertizing marks.

Had a quick look at this website and couldn't find anything, but maybe you'll have better luck.

It is a shame that the purple Star of David mark has bled through to the front of the stamp.
