USPS Properties For Sale

The real estate firm CB Richard Ellis has apparently entered into a contract with the US Postal Service to liquidate surplus USPS properties and has posted this web site photographing a list of current USPS properties currently on the market.

Although I'm not interested in commercial real estate, the diversity of the different properties, building styles and acreage now on the market, as well as the geographic locations of some of the properties ... streaming all the way from New England to Hawaii ... as well as the price tags attached to them, does give us a revealing look into some of the USPS real estate holdings now for sale.

That's right... sell it all off, then when things are humming again, they have to look for and purchase more property... Then again, they may never recover, so I guess I can understand why they are selling things...
