It's not that big a deal guys. It's very simple. If you have a seller online that you trust and do business with that YOU think would be good for others on SCF. Put up their name. Plain and simple. It's not hard.
Other then people who are already members, there maybe some seller you especially like.
If the seller turn out to be a (well dressed person) or a (Richard Cranium) it's YOUR reputation that gets tarnished.
Stampvirgin, I respect your opinion but it's just plain wrong imo. Ray.mac and a few other thinking collectors have made very important points, the main one -- 'new or inexperienced collectors' recommending a Dealer/Seller that a long term experienced collectors would never recommend. Members acting on inexperienced recommendations can and HAVE be fleeced severely.
See, during the first few years into a hobby people tend to trust anyone associated that appears nice and friendly but that will never automatically mean one's getting a good deal($-price/condition).
