pink paper.

I don't think it's Block 11 since that one has the iscriptions
in the side panels..
Therefore it would be Block 9 but not on pink paper.

this is on the notes for this....1937 souvenir sheet issued for Adolph Hitler's Birthday, with additional 25 pf surcharge tabs on the four stamps, the tabs have rouletting for separation. inscription translates to " He who would save his people but think heroically" it was over printed for the nazi party congress in Nuremburg. This scene is one that would show Hitler overlooking over 1 million nazi party members and military".. it has 3 or 4 versions, from just stamps, to the inscription to the surcharge, to the rouletting. This issue is on a watermarked check linen type paper fully glue

I read a recent news article on Adolph Hitler's "lesser transgressions" including tax evasion and the like, however, I was surprised (don't know why I would be) that this quote was also included:

Quote:
Until 1945, Hitler also had the German post office pay him royalties for using his image on postage stamps. Over the years, this added up to tens and even hundreds of millions. He had already earned a lot of money thanks to the royalties on his book, "Mein Kampf," of which an astronomically high number of copies were published.

If anyone's interested in the article, it's at this link:

I'm amazed that after all these years that there are any Secrets of the Third Reich left to be unearthed.
