Every time I look through my album, this stamp always sticks out as one of my nicest and cleanest. Is it normal for this issue to be centered this well?

That is a really nice stamp and one of my favorites. I hate to be a nay sayer but was it re-perfed on the right side?

63's that well centered are hard to find..

I just tried the Srail test with the image, and the perfs line up well-- it does not seem to be reperfed.....Ray
