Always found this to be a pleasing cover. Someone took the time to use nicely centered stamps, get it registered and later keep the thing in really good condition.

What is your favorite Canadian cover?

Very nice covers PoStat

The first cover with the block of 4 of Canada # C2 is great because it is the most expensive one of the lot. Also, covers that went through comercial mail with any Special Delivery stamps are always sought after.

My favorite covers? It's really hard to choose but I shall stick to your theme of registered/special delivery theme and post these. They have all appeared elsewhere but fit your thread nicely as well.

I am particularly happy with the perfin officials and the overprint officials used in this capacity.

Nice additions to the cover thread backroads. I hadn't really intended the thread to be limited to just back of the book items however. Found a few more, will put them up in a few minutes.

Here is a cover with a pair of E-1's on it. It was mailed from London, ONT to Windsor, ONT. in 1932.

Here are a couple from my collection that I find pleasing, probably because they are neat--well placed stamps and cancels, no smudging, etc.

For some reason, the plainness of this cover appeals to me. I couldn't bring myself to soak the stamps off this one. (Addresses have been digitally obscured.)

This one has a nice postage meter and attractive corner card. I also like the typewritten AIRMAIL in red.

Regards, Robert

Trainwreck. Yes those are pleasing covers. Being a train freak (in addition to other insane hobby interests) I especially like the meter cover from M,M,Ltd. Nice! Thanks for sharing.

Is there any interest in Canadian Frist Flights? I used to collect those heavily, could start a new thread if there would be demand.
