As I previously mentioned, I made arrangements on Thursday to purchase the remaining portion of the extensive cancel collection that I showcased in this thread:
This section not quite as large as the insurance cancel collection was (740 pieces versus 1100), but it cost me about the same, as there are some better cancels towards the back. The first 3/4 of the collection is railroad cancels, and then we get into mining, steamship, express, playing card, and a nice section of proprietary cancels.
