Only way we are going to see this is on foreign origin mails. If you recall that was Veterans Day which is a Federal Holiday and the post offices were closed. The sorting centers were closed. The only eway would be if they had a local pickup and cancel at the main post office in whatever town you live in/near. They didn't here. |
