Hi Warrehouse,Thank you for your quick reply. You wouldn't know what they are worth, would you? Does anyone collect them? I had a look at what members collect but...?
Would it be a good if a search could be done by country?
Cheers.

Joey, you are not the first to wonder where these came from.
If you use SG Simplified you won't find them listed, except where they were overprinted with Transcaucasian roubles in figures.

Hi 22crows,Thanks for your reply. I had a quick look at the link. It wouldn't be something I'd collect so I might just include them in a future round-robin. Cheers

In the 2011 Scott catalog, the stamps are value at $1 for 301,304 and $1.25 for 307,309. You will need to make appropriate deductions based on the grade/condition of your stamps. Scott does not provide a used price, because...

There's a footnote in Scott that mentions these stamps were not issued without the surcharge. Which, of course, means that Scott is not adhering to their standard editorial policy of not assigning catalog numbers to stamps that were not officially issued or sold through the post office.
