The Scott Specialized Catalog of US Stamps does have a limited section on Christmas Seals, however, it would seem only those Christmas Seals that predate the mid-1920's would have any value above a retail list price of perhaps 50 cents at best.
Crippled Children and/or other Charity Seals are likely to be worth much less, as they were all printed and distributed by the millions, so there is typically much more supply than demand.
Of course, there are collectors specializing in these fields and price depends much less on a catalog value than what a buyer is willing to pay and/or a seller is willing to accept for a specific item.
