Nice avatar request.  I do amateur astronomy as my other hobby and Saturn never fails to please. Recently the rings have been almost edge on (as viewed from earth), but they are beginning to widen again. |

Just wondering if the mods could explain why it is that we can't set our own avatar? The current system obviously doesn't work the way it was intended. A couple weeks seems a bit long to me.

Toward2112,
I can understand any frustration you may feel but I believe this FREE site is run by people who DO HAVE FAMILY LIFE which I/we all appreciate MUST come first.
To run a site there would then many things to upgrade, maintain and oversee so a little patience is called for, I know it would involve too much for me to do, I honestly admire Admins commitment. (imo) |
