how do I post pictures I have been using image shack but id like the picture in my post not a link to it...thanks

Inker....if you look on the very left hand side of the forum page you will see a box that says 'Tutorials.' Click on the "Uploading Photos" link and everything is self explanatory for posting your pictures directly into your post.

If use put at the end of it, it should work.

Haaa, that didn't work out !!

I said if you put [ and IMG and ] in front of the image shack url and
[ and / and IMG and ] at the end it should work

emm, I upload to photobucket, then copied the image URL and paste in between the "Insert Image" and it will shows up.

That's how I do it too kkitsam. It helps keep scans from piling up my low space computer--and it's free.

I guess I'm an odd ball. I just scan and resize my pics then use the "upload" feature when making a new post or thread and then just wipe out the extra junk and replace it with the codes.
