found this american stamps looks mint and unused and its in a cool plastic cover so can I have some info about it e.g year , president etc

That is Francis Scott Key whom wrote the Lyrics to the USA National Anthem while a prisinor aboard a British ship in the War of 1812, during the bombardment of Ft McHenry near Ba1timore

Issued on 9Aug1948 to honor Francis Scott Key, the author of the US National Anthem (The Star-Spangled Banner). He wrote the words after witnessing the bombardment of Fort McHenry in 1814 (Note: the Scott catalog erroneously has it as 1813).

The 2 flags are the American flags in use during 1814(left) and 1948(right).

btw are mint unused Hitler stamps worth anything or is there no demand for them.

Hitler stamps are pretty common. I have lots of them since Germany is one of my countries of interest.

Demand for Hitler stamps isn't bad, they're just not worth a lot. With Stamps from Germany many are worth much more with genuine Postal use, not canceled to order (Per favor cancels).
