Last year's new year resolution: To scan my overprint collection and put it on the internet.
Status: Completed.

New resolutions:
  • To rescan the collection as there have been many new additions since the last scan.
  • to put the Hagner sheets in plastic sleeves to prevent wear on the holes.

My resolution is to trim down my collection a bit by selling off the bulk of my stamps and reallocating the money into my US Album.

Over the past few years that I've been collecting I've found that the quantity of stamps I own is increasingly getting out of control for the amount of time and interest that I have to devote to the hobby and personally I would rather have a small high-powered collection that fits in 4-5 albums than a voluminous collection of 10c stamps that occupies an entire room.

First, however, I will have to get over my natural hoarding instinct which tells me to 'never sell anything'. :D

The only resolution I've managed to keep is... My resolution for new years is to NOT have new year's resolutions.

Although it is quite a humourous reply.
